You’ve heard that variety is the spice of life. Most people get tired of eating the same thing all of the time, but eating familiar dishes can have advantages, especially if you’re meal-prepping to save time.
Yet it’s entirely feasible to consume the same meals day after day and be healthy, but it all depends on what those foods are. If you are eating the same thing every day, I would suggest at least mixing it up with different spices. For example, if you eat chicken for lunch every day, instead of using basil and oregano to season your chicken all the time, try switching it up with thyme or rosemary. As long as your food is healthy and nutritious, then you certainly do not have to mix it up. In fact, if you eat the same thing every day you will know what works and what doesn’t work for your body.
