Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant made in the cells which helps remove toxins and cut down on oxidative stress in the body. A few years ago I learned about the benefits of glutathione from two of my doctors. Both of them wanted me to start taking the supplement because I was having many health issues as a result of contracting Lyme disease.
Later, I did some research and learned that the oral form of glutathione breaks down in the stomach and isn’t as easy for the body to absorb. Yet, studies have shown that the sublingual (taken under the tongue) form is absorbed well way before the digestive system has a chance to break it down (1).
Below are some more of the research-based health benefits of glutathione:

- Helps with psoriasis (5).
- May treat complications associated with diabetes (6).
- Prevents addictive behaviors (7).
- Decreases the risk of respiratory problems (8).
- May reduce acne (9).
- May help prevent autoimmune disease (10).
- Protects against liver damage (11).
- Reduces tremors and rigidity in Parkinson’s disease patients (12).

How To Take The Nanoceutical Solutions Glutathione Supplement
Nanoceutical Solutions recently sent me a complementary sublingual glutathione supplement. I’ve used it for two weeks now and here is what I’ve learned…
The supplement is easy to take. You shake it up then squeeze the rubber bulb syringe to draw out 1 ml of the product. Release the liquid under your tongue and hold it in your mouth for 30 to 90 seconds. Then swallow.
I was a little concerned it might taste weird, but I actually enjoy the taste. It is a little tangy and citrusy, which is from the orange oil. Plus, vitamin C helps you absorb glutathione even better so the orange is a great addition!
Because glutathione levels decline with age this would is a good option for anyone who wants to boost their health. If you visit the Nanoceutical Solutions website you can check out their excellent product reviews.
The Results Of Taking Glutathione
In the past, I took an oral glutathione supplement and I couldn’t tell if it helped or not. As I mentioned before, I’ve only been taking the sublingual drops for a couple of weeks so I haven’t noticed any drastic changes yet.
But I have noticed having a bit more energy than is typical for me for a few days since I started taking the drops. Please keep in mind that I have several chronic illnesses, including Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Even a little improvement is encouraging to me because I’ve tried many solutions to help with fatigue and typically don’t see much change at all.

I assume that as I continue using the product I will notice more benefits. Of course, time will tell.

I’m happy with the high quality of this pharmaceutical grade supplement. I also appreciate that the product only contains natural ingredients; These include 200 mg of L-Glutathione Reduced, almond oil, Stevia, and orange oil.

The price of a 30-day supply of the supplement ($69.95) could be cost-prohibitive for some people. But considering the quality, it seems reasonable compared to similar products on the market.
