When JORD Wood Watches reached out to me to select and review a new watch I was super excited because I’ve always been a watch person. When I was a little girl my first and favorite was my Mickey Mouse watch. As I matured my taste in timepieces evolved too. I wore a Citizen solar-powered watch for many years until I moved on to a series of Fitbit fitness watches. I currently own the Fitbit Alta but have to admit that it’s lacking in the style department. Enter Jord watches. They’re the perfect timepiece to enhance your style.

What Are JORD Wood Watches?

How I Style My Jord Timepiece
I love the versatility of my new watch! In fact, I’ve styled my Frankie Zebrawood and Champagne Wood Watch ($189) with casual wear, athleisure (what I live in 80% of the time), and dressier outfits too.
The pictures here show me in a typical winter outfit I would wear for a date night out with the husband or dinner out with the family: An oversized, cozy sweater, distressed jeans, booties, a simple necklace, and my JORD Frankie Watch.
When I taught school my wardrobe incorporated more professional pieces. But now that I’m working from home I’m all about comfort, comfort, and more (you guessed it) comfort.
Yoga pants, big comfy sweaters, minimal jewelry in mixed metals, broken-in ripped jeans and tennies are my new wardrobe staples. You never know when you might need to take a break by doing a few planks or walking the dogs so it’s important for me to be able to move and stretch.
That said, it never hurts to be comfortable AND stylish at the same time.
My JORD Watch elevates my style the moment I put it on – whether I’m wearing a baseball cap and ripped jeans or a beautiful dress with wedges.
