One Pot Recipe For Beef Burrito Skillet
This tasty one pot recipe has quickly become a family favorite. And it’s so quick and easy to cook which makes me love it even more.
It’s perfect as is, but feel free to experiment with different toppings, beans, meats, and cheeses.

Let’s make a one-pot Beef Burrito Skillet!
Start by browning about a pound of ground beef.
Soak up the extra grease with a paper towel.
Add a can of black beans,
1 cup of salsa,
Some crushed red pepper flakes, onion salt, and cumin.
Add 1 cup water.
Then mix it all together and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add about 4 tortillas, cut into strips.
Sprinkle it with your favorite cheese. I added Monterey Jack and Cheddar.
Cover it with a lid until the cheese is melted.
Then enjoy!

Delicious One Pot Recipe For Beef Burrito Skillet – Quick And Easy
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup water
- cumin
- onion salt
- red pepper flakes
- 4 large tortillas, cut into strips
- toppings – sour cream, tomatoes, green onions, avocado, and salsa
Instructions
- Brown ground beef.
- Drain grease or sop it up with a paper towel.
- Add salsa, water and spices.
- Simmer about 5 minutes.
- Fold in the tortilla strips.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover with lid until cheese is melted.
- Serve with sour cream, tomatoes, green onions, avocado, and salsa.
